Gurinder is a seasoned investment banker and Certified Exit Planning Advisor with two decades of experience working with lower mid-market enterprises. He is the founder of MaximForte. During his career he has consulted 500+ global C-Suite professionals and business leaders, advised 25+ business owners across North America to realize $450m in exit value and raised $1bn+ in capital (debt and equity).
Before founding MaximForte, Gurinder was a senior banking executive and management consultant for 14 years working with well renowned global corporations like Booz Allen Hamilton, HSBC and Citibank.
Gurinder holds an MBA from Bayes Business School, London specializing in Corporate Finance & M&A, and Executive Education from Columbia Business School, New York specializing in Venture Capital and Private Equity.
Passionate about sports, his favorite athletes are sprint king Usain Bolt, the golden boy Diego Maradona and the great wall of Indian hockey P.R. Sreejesh.

Akshita is a renowned strategy consultant in Houston, Texas with expertise in scaling technology start-ups. She has been advising U.S. based technology and staffing businesses since 2011 on operational efficiency and business development strategies. Over the years Akshita has developed a global network of partnerships with business leaders and visionaries. At MaximForte, Akshita heads the network partnerships.
Prior to joining MaximForte, Akshita held many senior roles with technology and staffing start-ups and enabled the organizations to grow into multinational operations.
Akshita holds an MBA from Amity Business School, Noida specializing in Marketing & International Business.
Akshita is a sports freak. She is currently grooming pickleball as a hobby.
